www.rachelsmiracle.com Rachel Barezinsky, a Thomas Worthington High School senior, was shot in the head and shoulder on August 22, 2006, while ghost hunting with friends at the house at 141 Sharon Springs Drive. Rachel and four friends drove away and circled the block when Allen S. Davis shot toward them hitting Rachel. Davis, who said he thought the girls were a threat, is now serving 19 years in prison. odd reactions after a ghost encounter in my house…does anyone know about these particular experiences?

me, my boyfriend and some of his friends live in a duplex house and recently discovered a poultergeist living with us. since the house is fairly new, we believe HE came from a ouija board session we did in the house for fun. a couple months later this began to happen. my boyfriend had two similar dreams in a row about a ghost of a little girl along with a different, but more disturbing dream about a demon speaking to him saying, “Stay away from her”. Very curious, we bought a recorder and the four of us did some evp’s in our basement and got some very clear responses including..”I’m a lost soul”, “yes” “This is hard for me”, and things being thrown at my boyfriend along with a laugh evp when he asked why he threw it. Also one morning i was asleep by myself when i was awoken from a deep sleep by something being crumpled on my floor quite loudly.(my floor was fairly cluttered that morning). After that, i woke up with a burning headache in my forehead that lasted for about an hour and a half. it surprised me because i’m not the one to get headaches, especially that painful. Me and my friend have had similar reactions to the ghost when it was in our bedrooms. Her boyfriend caught her abruptly sitting up one night pointing in one particular corner saying, “What the hell is that?!” and then laying back down, not remembering it the morning after. i had the same experience a couple nights after where my boyfriend said i sat up, pointed at our closet (where our ouija board is kept) and asked, “what the hell is that?!” along with saying that i saw a floating head, and then layed back down with no remembrance of it. during one of our investigations upstairs in our bedrooms, a friend of mine saw a shadow dart across our room into our closet. After every investigation we’ve ended up very exhausted. We’re all not scared of it, and have no reason to be yet, but instead very curious about our occurrences and would like some thoughts and comments. thanks for reading this and i would love to hear back from you.

I’m a paranormal researcher and I am always trying new ideas for investigations. In a few weeks we will be going to one of the, reportedly, most haunted places in the United States to investigate. My main area of research is evp. Does anyone have ideas for experiments I might try?
Cemetery EVP

Please note, some of these EVP clips are very feint and are best listened to with headphones or earbuds or you may not hear the voices. During a daytime walk around a local cemetery and church I decided to do an EVP recording session, asking questions as I went round. The locations were Hall Road Cemetery, and its near neighbour Saint Laurence Church in Rochford, Essex, UK. St Laurence church has records dating back to 1100 AD and the location its in, near Eastwood, appears in the Doomsday Book. It certainly had a spooky feel about it, and although a lot of the EVP session had wind interference I did pick up 3 possible ethereal voices. I dont often go ghost hunting at cemeteries or graveyards as I always feel that spirits would prefer to visit a place that they have fond memories rather than their physical body’s resting place. Its one of those unanswered questions, are cemeteries and graveyards haunted or are you more likely to encounter the paranormal and supernatural at a haunted house, pub or other historic building?EVP or electronic voice phenomena as it is known is thought to be voices of those passed away trying to communicate with us captured on electronic devices. When trying to capture EVP, you can sit and ask questions or leave an audio recording device in a quiet room.
