Question:
Last night on my EVP I think I recorded a voice and a couple of seconds after that there was a wood on wood dropping sound, the problem is in my area its all snow so I can’t think of what would make that noise so I’m wondering if its possible that the ‘ghost’ that had possibly made the voice could have made that noise themselves,
*I know its not my recorded because my brother as well had his recording device along with mine and he picked up the same noise,
The 1st EVP recording in this video was taken from an old derelict church in Essex where and was left in an empty area and the team at the time was all accounted for. Where did the voice come from? I had complete faith in the group around me and dont believe anyone would have tampered with the recordings so is this a clear spirit voice from the other side? Also there is a second EVP clip in this video taken from an old English pub. I have also added a couple of pictures of possible ghosts trying to manifest themselves from various haunted locations around the UK. Is this evidence that the paranormal is real?
Question:
Like EVP, only with video. I made some experiments on my linux box with a webcam, mostly for fun. I did not record anything, but during the 27′th second, a perfect male face appeared for 1 second. It was perfect, nose, ears, eyes, it literally made my blood freez. I pulled out the cam from from the laptop and shut everything off. Is it a form of paradelia … ?

Question:
Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) is the term traditionally used to describe unexpected sounds or voices sometimes found on recording media. EVP initially involved audio tape recorders, but now, virtually any recording medium can be a vehicle for this phenomena. I am interested in your personal experience(s) with EVP. Thank you.
Question:
I would like to challenge skeptics to try something. Most of us have a voice recorder laying around. Please, just for ten minutes open up your mind and try recording evp. You might feel silly doing it but ask a few questions while you record. Listen to what you have recorded and let us know if you got any answers. I would dearly love to hear from people that are nonbelievers and have tried it. What do you have to lose except ten minutes of your time?
EVP is electronic voice phenomena. It is the recording of voices that can only be heard during playback.
I guess I should have said a recording device. A cell phone will work. It is easier to hear evp with headphones.
Totally Me: Good luck! I did try it too years ago and got nothing. I decided it was just dumb and would never work. Then about three years ago I tried it again and it blew me away. There were people talking in complete sentences, answering my questions. Since then I have recorded literally hundreds of EVP. It is such a shock to get your first one.
Wiccan, I’m sorry you haven’t recorded your first one yet. I don’t understand why that would be, but keep trying. My hope was that if at least 10 people would just give it a shot maybe, just maybe, one of them would actually be able to record something valid. It looks like it is something beyond their consideration. Oh well, life goes on. I will keep recording and maybe one day science will be able to find a way to prove that the voices we are getting aren’t of human origin. I know that giving links to my recordings will not prove anything to anyone. Most people will say that they are a hoax.
Since I was asked I am sharing an EVP here that I recorded in an empty home last year. There was no person in the building,I left my recorder running and went outside. There was no electricity so no other sources of sound. The building is very isolated with no nearby homes or businesses. Here is the link
On more than one occasion I have found comments on recordings that addressed something I’d been thinking about the previous day. I guess since I don’t record every day that’s the only change “they” get to comment. Even if they choose not to answer a particular questions.
