Gettysburg ghost tours, worth it? Any other towns with similar tours?

Question:
I have gone to Gettysburg PA a lot. (sort of a history nerd) I’ve always been curious about the ghost tours. Are they any fun? Is there any specific ones you suggest? I’d like one that is more legit and not theatrical. Also where are other places with similar tours?

In Kingston there is a place called Skeleton park which is in the upper cemetery, in Peterborough, ON, the lift locks are haunted, There is the Screaming tunnel near Niagara falls, and some others here’s a site of the top 10 places. Hope it’s interesting to you.
