   Um… wrong catigory. Put this on electronics. And maybe you should go to the store and ask. Or read the directions.

   If you are recording using your laptop it is best not to use the built in microphone. One good program that is free is Wavepad. You can download it at http://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/ It has recording features and you can analyze with it also. If you have never recorded evp before just be patient, sometimes it takes a while before you get anything. When you listen to your recording wear headphones if you have them. Most evp will not sound like a human voice but will sound scratchy or even robotic. It takes a long time to get used to picking them up and hearing all of them. GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!
