Paranormal State/Ghost Hunters flawed evidence?
Question:
We’ve all seen footage of ghost hunting teams attempting to capture EVP on their little palm-sized digital recorders (PDR). Paranormal State and Ghost Hunters do it all the time. But there’s something wrong here! On both of these shows, not only should the EVP be captured on the PDRs, but also they should be captured on the show’s production equipment during the filming at the location!!! But this is never the case. How is it, then, that the only time we hear the captured EVP is when the team plays back their PDRs? Any captured EVP should have contaminated the production recordings as well! Any thoughts?

Some of it is captured on T.V. but a lot of it is not because of such low frequencies that the T.V. camera can not pick up!
Assuming of course that the EVP that is being recorded is coming from vibrations in the air, i/e, is normal sound. if however, the EVP recording being made is coming from more direct manipulation of the microphone of the recording equipment, then it would be more specific in which recorder is being effected.
As an example…I stand in the middle of the room and shout, then everything in the room can hear me…i walk up to one microphone and whisper, then only the one microphone will “hear” me.
Also, some of the recorders are left scattered around the area, and the EVP’s get recorded when no one is in the room…so there would be no interference with the camera crews equipment.
