After some research and field work I decided to put together this little clip to share with the youtube public before I present my findings to the (IPA) Institute of Paranormal Activity in Cambridge Massachusetts. The video at the end has TV static footage that I provided for effect but the EVP recording itself was captured by me using the latest equipment and technology. I assure you what your about to hear is authentic!

Question:
The movie “White Noise” was about the real life practice of recording the voices of the dead. Is EVP real or just a figment of our imaginations?
Question:
I was out of town last Friday through Sunday, staying at a local hotel where I was at. I do not recall my phone ringing at all the trip, but today, my phone alerted me to a voice mail I had missed Saturday evening, when I would have been in the hotel room.
There was a lot of static, which seem to sound like “Please…. Help…. Me….”. Sadly, my ‘recent calls’ has already deleted anything close to Saturday.
Can EVP even be recorded on a voice mail? I’m thinking this was an extremely coincidental prank, with lucky timing, but what do you guys think? It was creepy, none the less!
Question:
So I have Audacity on my computer and I use that to record EVP. I have gotten some very successful results, but not on first try. Only on like second and third. I use WavePad to amplify the EVPs to 600% to hear them at high-def quality. My family thinks I’m quite psychotic for doing this. I don’t really care what they think. Their all skeptical, yada yada. Anyways, now that I have all this knowledge/proof of EVP existence I’m going to publish a book about it & I have found a publisher willing to publish it. What should I talk about?
for your information, lulu.com is a scam and I DID NOT FIND THAT KIND OF PUBLISHER!
damn skeptic
Question:
Electronic Voice Phenomena (EVP) is the term traditionally used to describe unexpected sounds or voices sometimes found on recording media. EVP initially involved audio tape recorders, but in later years, virtually any recording medium became a vehicle for phenomena.
Do you believe in this Phenomena or not? A poll is being taken for a Public Speaking class at a community college here in Illinois.

Question:
Where exactly are the voices coming from? Is it an actual spirit trying to communicate or is it more of a residual haunting where as the voice is stamped in the environment like a recording? Thank you.
