where are some haunted places in Maine/ new Hampshire that are open to the public?

Question:
Me , my husband and my father have started a new tradition to go and investigate a “haunted” location. We are also trying to start up our own paranormal investigation group. Does anyone know of places in maine and newhapshire that are haunted, that are open to the public. we are looking for something that is not a cemetary seeing as we have already investigated a few cemetaries in our home town.
Any Suggestions????

We are paranormal Investigators just starting out, 2 of us. Vacation is in Connecticut this year, Stamford area. I would like to find an investigation location open to the public, worthy of say TAPS group or GhostAdeventures’ Zack, Aaron and Nick.
Creepy Places of New England: Cumberland Public Library

The Cumberland Public Library used to be known as the Abbey of Our Lady of the Valley. Now, this video has several memebers of the University of Rhode Island Ghost Hunting Team, including the President Adam doing the opener. Besides investigating the library, we also went to the nearby Nine Men’s Misery.
Southern California – Haunted Places accessible by public?

I am a college film student looking to do a documentary on a few haunted Southern California locations. I am looking for some places that require little or no appointment and are LEGAL to visit at some point during the day and/or night.
Places like graveyards, spooky roads, etc…. Again, the trick is that they must be LEGAL to check out.
Example: Turnbull Canyon
