Question:
Camp site should have the following requirements;
1) Secluded- don’t want a camp site right next to another group of people
2) Outdoor fires should be allowed
3) Drinking should be allowed
4) Should be near water, waterfall would be optimal, lake is ok. For swimming and/or fishing.
5) Hiking/views, should be able to make long hike for cool views or long hike to camp ground.
Anything else noteworthy about recommended locations would be great. Is it near any mountains, does it have bike trails, is it haunted… you get the idea. The more details the better, personal experience is preferred.

Question:
Here is the problem I am facing… I am with a paranormal research group located in central Arkansas. We have been searching for locations in the state that have reported “claims” of paranormal activity. The problem that I am having is that every group located in arkansas, who happen to have websites, has a list of supposed locations that are haunted and a brief description with each listing.
The issue is that each of these lists seem to have been just copied and pasted to every site without any effort of validation. Why would a group put that on their site? Why have an itemized list of “haunted arkansas” with no variation? Have these places even been investigated by anyone in the arkansas paranormal community? Were they just found on blogs posted by wanna-be ghost hunters?
I am just wanting some answers as to why the same list keeps getting circulated without any variation. Has anyone truly been to all these places and if so, can they not post something other than the over circulated copied and pasted lists?
