What are some Haunted places in Indiana?

Question:
I live in Marion, Indiana and I was looking for some haunted or known locations of paranormal activities.
Now, it does not have to be in my town, as long as it is near by, any locations given would be much appreciated.
Preferably name ones that i could investigate, not areas where i will get arrested for going.
Also I’m looking for ones that have not been listed on the net yet at some of the sites i have visited.
where are some haunted places in Maine/ new Hampshire that are open to the public?

Me , my husband and my father have started a new tradition to go and investigate a “haunted” location. We are also trying to start up our own paranormal investigation group. Does anyone know of places in maine and newhapshire that are haunted, that are open to the public. we are looking for something that is not a cemetary seeing as we have already investigated a few cemetaries in our home town.

I’m not looking for a link to the Shadowlands webpage or any other site with a list of haunted locations, I’ve seen them all.
Nor am I looking for people telling me that ghosts aren’t real and hauntings don’t exist…
I would like answers from people who know of specific places in Wisconsin that are said to be “haunted”. The less popular or well-known the place is, the better.
Abandoned houses/buildings, cemeteries, anything I can get into, weather it’s legal or not. This is for a documentary project.

that if you owned a haunted location, experienced something paranormal, or were able to demonstrate a psychic ability like ESP that you would not waste your time with allowing them to investigate or set up experiments?

There are some I have listened to that were clear & well spoken. Some here feel that you “strain” to hear something or make yourself believe there is something there.
Really, those that are claiming that “spirits” can’t talk, don’t truly know why they can or can’t. Flipping the coin, you are just assuming & there is nothing to support what you are saying.

I’m really into researching abandoned towns right now since I need a location for a book I’m planning to write and I wanted my story to have a real location that I could add to or take from if I needed. I’m looking for haunted villages, preferably, or towns where murder has taken place and have since been abandoned or have an exceptionally low population.
Right now, Potterville, NY is the best example I can give. It was a small town, beginning to lose its people, and then a man suddenly up and murdered his whole family and then himself, causing everyone else to leave. So it’s abandoned now, and murder has occurred. There are complaints of ghosts haunting the place, also.
