Question:
I have been tol on multiple ocassions that there is a haunted house in Arkansas that is 13 stories high. It is said that you have to pay somthing like $20 to enter and if you make it to the top you get your money back? Does anyone know anything about this? Like location? What group puts it together and an exact price?
It was an irrational decision. Despite having just moved into a beautiful new house, the Williams family gave in to an odd, overwhelming desire to purchase and move into a Victorian home they had come upon by chance. They were curious, of course, as to why the house had, in the past, had such a high vacancy rate - no one ever seemed to live in it f... [Read More]

Question:
Hello! I like ghost stories. Tell me your ghost story, or a friend/family ghost experience. Here is my ghost story, but it isn’t my experience.
I was watching T.V on the travel channel when I came to a show called “Extreme Restaurants” I came in right when there was a ghost restaurant called the “Catfish Plantation.” It was a small house owned by a couple when they sold it to a person. Then things got creepy. They got in professionals to find 3 ghosts. Will, Elizabeth, and Caroline. Will was a cowboy who died from neomonia ( I can’t spell it but they said it like this Ne-Mone-Ya. ) You can see Will’s shadow and he is usually on the front porch. Elizabeth was strangled, and you see her standing in front of the window with a wedding dress and veil on. Caroline ( I don’t know how she died ) throws wine bottles because she was against alchohal. Sometimes these things float around.
Tell me your ghost story!!

Question:
So, I have a story idea about a girl who can see ghosts. It would be kind of like the six sense where she can feel them and talk to them and see them, either as a real person or more of a shadow I haven’t decided yet. Well, the girl (she’s 16 or 17) ends up falling in love with one of the ghosts she’s helping. Would you give this idea a chance, or would a relationship between a human and ghost be to weird or gross or anything? Thanks!!
I have seen this done before, though not exactly how I’m picturing mine, but I know that everyone has different views on these kinds of things (like a lot of people hated that Edward was 100 years older than Bella in Twilight and some people didn’t care). Just wondering what your thoughts are. Thanks to everyone who has answered
Question:
In this ghost story is the ghost mindless and only telling the officer to get back to work because it is what he would have done in life?
In 1977, Second Officer Leonard Bishop for the SS Winterhaven was asked by a seemingly visiting British captain for a tour of his ship. Bishop happily obliged taking the bearded gentlemen through the bridge and down to the engine room, but when he was asked to resume his duties, he turned to apologize to his guest who had all but vanished. Crew searched the engine room for the elderly man, thinking he had wandered off, but no one was ever found. In reflection, Bishop only recalled the man’s passive worn voice and his attention to detail. Years later, he recognized a picture of Captain Edward J. Smith from the Titanic as his guest.
Question:
Last year I visited a Caribbean island. I love walking and decided to walk from my Hotel to the Beach which was about 200 yards away. It was a cold, windy evening so I put on Muslim garb…covered from head to foot. It was almost dark when I left the beach and was walking slowly back to my hotel; I saw a young man walking towards me. Suddenly he stopped…I continued walking towards him. Suddenly, I could see his face turned very pale; he started running and screaming; he thought he had seen a ghost.
The next day, I had to explain to the local police why I was clothed that way; when I explained I was Muslim, the smiling Police Officer laughed aloud. The following day, three police officers gave me a free sight seeing tour of the small Island and treated me to fish stakes and all the coconut milk I could drink.
I did try to convert them to Islam but they just laughed their heads off….they thought all Muslim women dressed like ghosts.
