White shadow looking “ghost”?

Question:
When I was a lil girl. I would see this, what I call to describe, a white shadow. I would see it travel from one room to another. the height of a person. but it was just a white shadow. I personally beleive it was a ghost. I’ve been looking for pictures that resemble that online. but I’ve had no luck in finding something to back what I saw. I want to know if others have seen stuff like that before. I’m just curious to hear if others have experienced similar situations.

After some research and field work I decided to put together this little clip to share with the youtube public before I present my findings to the (IPA) Institute of Paranormal Activity in Cambridge Massachusetts. The video at the end has TV static footage that I provided for effect but the EVP recording itself was captured by me using the latest equipment and technology. The 1st EVP recording in this video was taken from an old derelict church in Essex where and was left in an empty area and the team at the time was all accounted for. Where did the voice come from? I had complete faith in the group around me and dont believe anyone would have tampered with the recordings so is this a clear spirit voice from the other side? Also there is a second EVP clip in this video taken from an old English pub. I have also added a couple of pictures of possible ghosts trying to manifest themselves from various haunted locations around the UK. Is this evidence that the paranormal is real?

Question:
On most of these ghost hunting tv shows, when they play back a recording, you hear mostly a static noise, and then the reviewer suddenly shouts out “words” that he hears. It’s just noise to me, and the worst I’ve seen of this is on Ghost Adventurers.
