Since we don’t know where it came from I don’t think much of it.
Sure it’s weird and creepy but it adds nothing as to whether EVPs are real.
I found no real case file attached to this, but ignoring that fact – I still don’t think much of it. It sounds residual, there is an quiet bit in the beginning of the argument to come and then it full blown repeats itself.
Probably someone in the apartment next door flipping through a DVD. If it’s not, it’s a residual case of haunting because of the repetitive sound anomaly in the beginning.

Now to the question at hand. I listened to the whole thing and I have been involved with the Paranormal since I was 5 and I have investigated the paranormal for many years and there is no way that with all that slamming around and the other noises that not one person would not have heard it, It is not real and this is only my opinion but if I or a member of our Paranormal Team would have investigated something like this, I can say with certainty that someone would have heard all this ruckus and the voices sounded to human to be Spirit.
Just because a group calls themselves a Paranormal group does not mean they are legit, I had belonged to another Paranormal group from my area and I caught them faking evps and pictures and I confronted them about this and both of the people I confronted laughed and said it brings business in, I quit right then and there and they have a real bad reputation. They have been caught by homeowners faking things and were told to leave, so anyone can say what they want and the fact they say one of the homeowners was also there makes me really wonder as to their validity.
I have been involved with the paranormal since I was 5 and I know what is real and not real. And, from my personal knowledge this is not real nor is it scary, It is just allot of annoying noise that would have been heard by even you. I started a legitimate investigation and research team and I can tell you that if I ever caught anyone faking anything that person or persons would be out of the group right then and there.
I have been blessed with an awesome Team who I know would never use any of their gifts to hurt or to try and fool anyone,
I am asking you to listen to it again with an open mind and see if this tape is really all that creepy or weird,
ummm…………there is no arguing. sounds like something recorded in the woods, maybe a spirit there, but no arguing.
I agree with buttons as Loud as it seemed someone would of heard it. Investigating for over ten years if anyone from are team would of heard it you would here us to cause we would be right in that room/area too. I would like to find this evp in raw form but not in video format to run though a frequencies program and evp program.
Its hard to hear anything because the fricken investigators are chatting through it
